So that cleaning and all economic affairs can wait until tomorrow.

At the snack I have today Watermelon (600 g) - 150 kcal. While there is ohotku - to eat.

For lunch I had a fish soup (400 g) of canned pink salmon in its own juice and bread (15 g) - 245 kcal.

With afternoon tea ate bread 1 (5 g) and chocolate cheese (50 g) - 100 kcal.

A dinner for the family, I have baked chicken and I got breast tradition that I eat without skin.

Dinner - chicken breast, baked (200 g) and vegetables - tomato and cucumber 10g '80 Total dinner turned 300 kcal.

Drank water rate (the rate of 30 ml per kg of body weight).
