On New Year's Eve, you don't want to stand at the stove for a long time, so I offer you a simple and quick recipe for a pita and sprat appetizer. You will cook it in just a few minutes - you just need to wrap all the ingredients in pita bread. Take note of the recipe!
Preparation:
We need 1 can of sprat in oil. We drain the oil, we only need a fish. Sprats can be used just like that, nothing to do with them (if you have little time and guests are already on the doorstep).
But I still recommend spending the extra 5 minutes and getting the fish ready. Cut off the tail (because this is the hardest part of the sprat). Next, we cut along, remove the ridge. That is, we essentially cut the sprats into fillets.
Take 7 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix with 2-3 cloves of garlic. Grate 100 grams of cheese. Also rub 2 boiled eggs separately.
And now we collect the roll. We need two thin pita bread.
We take the first pita bread, grease with mayonnaise with garlic, spread lettuce leaves (you can take Beijing cabbage). Then sprinkle with half of the grated cheese, half of the grated egg.
Cover with the second pita bread, press lightly. Then grease with mayonnaise with garlic, then lettuce leaves, sprats on them, and the remaining cheese and egg.
We wrap it in a roll, we try to make it denser. After that, wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then cut into portions, decorate with sprigs of dill, parsley and serve.

sprats - 1 can
cheese - 100g
boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
garlic - 2 cloves
lettuce / Chinese cabbage
mayonnaise - 7 tablespoons
greens for decoration
