✅👌Sandwiches - they are sandwiches in Africa, what is there to surprise? But, I'm almost sure that this is the simplest appetizer with sprats that you have not yet cooked.

I will cook sandwiches with sprats on the New Year's table, but only this way: very tasty and original

✨First, it's crispy bread.

✨ Secondly, an interesting spread instead of banal mayonnaise or butter.

✨ Thirdly, the original layout of the ingredients. These sandwiches look really festive and come out very mouth-watering. It was them that I planned to cook for the New Year's table.

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Sprats, canned in oil - 1 can (160 g)
Baguette (long thin loaf) - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumber - 1 pc. (large)
Processed cheese - 2 pcs. (180-200 g)
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Parsley - 3-4 branches
Garlic - 1 wedge
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt
Dill greens - for decoration

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Cut the baguette (you can take wheat or rye) obliquely into slices 2-2.5 cm thick.

Put on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes to dry the bread.

Meanwhile, cook hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel, chop coarsely. We also cut into pieces of any shape a couple of slices of processed cheese and a cucumber. We tear the parsley sprigs with our hands or cut them into several pieces.

We put everything in a bowl (if the blender is submersible) or in the blender bowl. Add mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press. Do not salt yet.

Punch until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained. We taste and, if necessary, add salt and / or spices to taste.

We transfer the cheese mass to a pastry bag or a tight bag. Cut off the tip. You can even use some attachments, if included with the pastry bag.

Remove the dried bread from the oven and let cool.

And now we apply the filling on each crunchy slice of baguette, squeezing it pointwise through the bag.

Put sprats on top. We first drain the oil from them and blot with paper towels.

You can decorate sandwiches with herbs or add halves of cherry tomatoes, olives.

It is better to serve the appetizer right away, but after a few hours the bread will not cease to be crispy due to the fact that we have previously dried it. These sandwiches look very smart and tasty. They will decorate any festive table.
