In addition to controlling the calorie content of the diet, a balanced diet is also important. For normal operation, for our well-being, the body must receive the required amount of nutrients: proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Our nutrition is the most important factor that has a decisive influence on health, performance, the body's resistance to various factors (habitat, ecology, factors of production).
It was revealed that in recent years, the consumption of meat, dairy, fish products, fresh vegetables and fruits has been reduced. All this is not surprising in the economic situation in which we live.
But this nutritional problem leads to:

- low levels of vitamins in the diet,
- unbalanced food set.
This means that it leads to a deterioration in our health.
But the consumption of high-calorie, refined, but poor in nutrients and vitamins, foods is growing.
We give preference to anything, but not high-quality and balanced nutrition. Someone would rather buy a new phone, but don't think that its power supply leaves much to be desired.
And if in youth the problems associated with poor nutrition are not so noticeable, then with age they will still make themselves felt.

For breakfast, I'm not afraid of this owl, the favorite of many readers - a lazy khachapuri. Today my khachapuri consisted of 90 g of cottage cheese 9%, eggs, 30 g of whole grain rice flour, 50 g of cheese and 5 g of vegetable oil for frying.
The khachapuri was accompanied by coffee with milk (60 g) and syrup (20 g).
Breakfast is already on 640 kcal. But my breakfast today was very early and when the next meal would be - I did not know.

I had a snack today if we orientate in time - closer to lunch. After walking in the cold (I went on business), I already wanted to eat and I decided to have a snack on the way with a carefully stored banana (140 g) - 125 kcal.

All my meals have moved a few hours.
When I arrived home, I ate 450 g of hot potato soup with meatballs and 40 g of homemade whole grain bread - 380 kcal.
It's good that I had boiled buckwheat left over from the weekend. For a fairly late dinner, I sautéed 30 grams of onion in 10 grams of butter, added 150 grams of turkey ham and then 120 grams of buckwheat. I chopped sweet pepper (100 g) and ate it all with pleasure. Dinner turned out to be 390 kcal.
The calorie content of the day was 1535 kcal. B - 87, F - 69, U - 141.
