1. Salad "Minute"
Ingredients:
- boiled chicken fillet - 300 g
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 100 g / li>
- green onions - 1 bunch
- salt - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes. It can be replaced with other cooked meat or sausage. Finely chop a small bunch of green onions. Boiled eggs cut into cubes.
- Cut the medium-sized tomatoes into quarters and cut out the seeds from each piece so that there is no excess liquid in the salad. Cut the tomato pulp into cubes.
- Three cheese on a fine grater, and put the mayonnaise in a culinary bag so that it is convenient to apply it to the salad.
- We line the bowl in which we will put the salad with cling film and lay out the salad in layers. Put half of the grated cheese in the first layer and tamp it a little with a fork. We apply mayonnaise with a net and put half of the chopped tomatoes. Top with green onions and a little salt. We apply a mesh of mayonnaise. Then put half of the chopped chicken fillet and grease with mayonnaise. We put a layer of half of the prepared boiled eggs and again apply mayonnaise. After that, repeat all the layers again.

Ingredients:
- medium-sized tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- sausage - 150 g
- cheese - 50 g
- parsley - 1 bunch
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeds so that there is no liquid in the salad. Cut the tomato pulp into cubes.
- We also cut the sausage into small cubes. Grind a small bunch of parsley, three cheese on a coarse grater.
- Put chopped tomatoes, sausage, parsley and grated cheese in a bowl. Salad a little salt and pepper to taste, do not forget that sausage and cheese are already salty. We season everything with mayonnaise, mix and serve.
- The salad turned out to be very tasty, hearty and fresh in summer due to tomatoes.
3. Salad “Red Sea”
Ingredients:
- fresh tomato (large) - 1 pc.
- Bulgarian red pepper - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- crab sticks - 200 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Crab sticks are first cut lengthwise into 4 parts, and then cut them across also into 4 parts.
- De-seeded red bell pepper and cut into strips.
- Cut a large tomato into slices and cut out the seeds from each slice. Cut the pulp of the tomato into strips.
- Three cheese on a coarse grater.
- Place all prepared ingredients in one bowl. Also add 2 cloves of garlic to the salad through the press.

4. Salad with chicken and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet (boiled or baked) - 500 g
- tomatoes - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
- salt - 1.5 tsp. l.
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- apple cider vinegar (or table 9%) - 2 tbsp. l.
Step by step cooking recipe:
- First pickle the onions for the salad. Cut the onion into half rings. Add sugar, salt and 2 tbsp to the chopped onion. apple cider or table vinegar. Pour boiling water over everything, mix and leave the onions to marinate for about 15-20 minutes, until the water cools down.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. In a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry 4 approximately identical pancakes from a mixed omelet.
- Fold the cooled pancakes in pairs and cut into cubes. Boiled chicken fillet is also cut into cubes.
- Cut the medium-sized tomatoes into slices and cut out the seeds so that the tomatoes do not let the juice out. Cut the tomato pulp into strips.
- Put chopped chicken fillet, pancakes, tomatoes and pickled onions in a bowl. Pepper salad, season with mayonnaise and mix.
- Salad with chicken and tomatoes turned out tasty and satisfying. It can be prepared both for the festive table and for every day.
5. Summer salad without mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 500 g
- cucumbers - 400 g
- feta cheese - 200 g
- canned corn - 1 can (250 g)
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Step by step cooking recipe:
- Cucumbers cut into half circles. Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts and cut into slices. Cut half of the red onion into quarter rings. 200 g feta cheese, cut into cubes about 1.5 cm in size.
- Put chopped cucumbers, tomatoes in a bowl, add 1 can of canned corn and chopped onions.
Salad to taste, pepper, add 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and season with about 2-3 tbsp. l. unrefined vegetable oil. We mix everything. - At the very end, add the cubes of feta cheese and mix gently so that the cheese does not crumble in the salad.
- The salad turned out very tasty, fragrant and light.
