Original salad "Flounder" with crab sticks for a festive table. An unusual combination of ingredients will not leave anyone indifferent.

Like any puff salad on the festive table, it looks spectacular and attractive. And after the first tasting, the hand itself reaches for the addition, a very tasty salad. And what is important for New Year's Eve is very light and fresh.

You need to boil eggs and carrots in advance. I collect such a salad in a culinary ring.

I put a layer of crab sticks on the bottom of the ring. I try to buy high-quality and not dry ones, because this directly affects the taste of the salad. I cover each layer with a fine mesh of mayonnaise.

Next is a layer of grated egg whites. Rub as a rule with a coarse grater.

Further, in the same way, grated boiled carrots.

Then add a green sour apple, it will give our salad freshness, sourness and originality. I cut it into small cubes and immediately send it to the salad so that it does not have time to darken.

Then a layer of hard cheese grated with a fine grater. Cover it with mayonnaise and cover it with finely grated egg yolks.

Let the salad sit for a couple of hours in the refrigerator and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Crab sticks 1 pack
  • Eggs 3 pcs
  • Carrots 1 pc
  • Cheese 100 grams
  • Green apple 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise for dressing
