Ingredients: boiled chicken liver, pasta, pasta water, salt, butter, onion, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Pass the boiled chicken liver through a meat grinder or grate on a coarse grater.
Salt cold water and put on fire.
Dice the onion. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat the onion in it over low heat, with the lid closed, until soft and transparent.
Pour pasta into boiled water, stir, bring to a boil and stir again. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Drain the finished pasta and add a piece of butter, about 10 g. Mix gently.
Add chopped liver to a frying pan to onions, mix and heat over low heat under a lid until hot. Add pasta and stir again. Naval pasta with chicken liver is ready!
