Ingredients:
- chicken fillet (boiled or baked) - 300 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
- tomato - 1 pc.
- fresh greens - for decoration
- salt to taste
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Step by step recipe
1. Cut the baked or boiled chicken fillet into small cubes.
2. Cut the tomato into four parts and cut out the middle with the seeds. Cut the tomato pulp into small cubes.
3. One cucumber, three on a coarse grater.
Divide two boiled eggs into white and yolk.
4. We rub the whites on a coarse grater, and three yolks separately on a fine grater.
5. Place the disposable plastic ring on the plate in which we will serve the salad. In order to make it easier to remove the ring, cut it and fasten the edges with tape.
Put the chopped chicken in the first layer and tamp it with a spoon. We apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
6. We spread the grated cucumber and tamp it a little. We apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
