Now, going on the Internet or any social network, you come across articles and posts about how not to gain extra pounds during the New Year holidays.
To summarize briefly everything that I came across, it is worth giving up everything that you love to eat in the brightest and most festive day of the year, for which everyone prepares in advance, and of course, no fun drinks.
It's easier not to celebrate the New Year at all and go to bed.
But we will not miss the fun and delete ourselves from society, refusing to celebrate the New Year, so as not to rub our weight loss results?
Our family is slowly moving away from the tradition of setting a table for the New Year, bursting with all kinds of food - all the same, the changed diet makes itself felt and there is heavy food and even at night - not very I want to.
Therefore, during December 31, we eat light meals as usual: a regular and usual breakfast, preferably soup for lunch and a light dinner (salad or a portion of jellied meat, if I cook in advance).
And on New Year's Eve itself, I put on the table various sweets that we rarely allow ourselves: expensive delicious cheese that everyone loves, quality meat (pastors, basturma or homemade boiled pork, if desired), red fish, mini sandwiches with caviar, as well as fruits. And yes, I do not deny myself a fun drink on such a day.
All this in the minimum required quantity.
New Year's holidays last 10 days! And during this time we will have time to eat all our favorite New Year's dishes in the usual diet, not all at once, but in moderation, enjoying each dish separately.
So the holidays will be more festive, and the food is always fresh, and not last year's salads are eaten all week, and overeating is excluded to the maximum.
Perhaps my experience will be useful to someone.
We are all adults and if someone has already rebuilt their diet, changed their eating habits, achieved results in losing weight and supports him and does not want to lose - he knows how to be on New Year's holidays. Likewise, those who are firmly on their way to their goal.
And whoever has not yet reviewed the food and in the first place he has a lot of delicious food on New Year's Eve - that one does not need any advice, he will still do as he decides, as he is used to.

I had breakfast today with cheesecakes (210 g) with 40 g of 20% sour cream and 10 g of homemade raspberry jam with black currant. And drank green tea.
This breakfast came out on 425 kcal
It has been a long time since I had cheese cakes on the menu. Do you know why? The last time I really wanted cheesecakes, our stores did not have the curds that I usually buy. And I decided to buy 1%, only it was in the window.
I made syrniki from 1% cottage cheese, all the proportions of the ingredients have been measured out for a long time and I have followed them.
The cheesecakes turned out to be rubber! Once again I was convinced that there should not be any 1% cottage cheese in the refrigerator. What was added to it to preserve its appearance, that it turned into rubber?

Lately I've been pulling for something meaty, especially ham. I allow myself a little, I hope that we will soon eat and forget about her.
I had a snack of coffee with milk (65 g) and syrup (15 g), as well as 150 g of turkey ham. Snack - 215 kcal
For lunch, I warmed up a pickle with meatballs (450 g), to which I added 40 g of homemade whole grain bread with 10 g of butter and 125 g of cucumber.
Lunch at 355 kcal.
And for dinner I warmed up a minced meat cutlet turkey thigh + chicken breast (100 g), 120 g of boiled buckwheat. Added 150 g of cucumber with 5 g of olive oil.
Dinner for 455 kcal.
And in the evening she got the fat of 25 g of nuts - 160 kcal.
Result of the day: K - 1610. B - 120, F - 68, U - 129
