Ingredients: sausage, rice, butter, salt, or to taste

Cooking method:

Rinse the rice under cold running water, put in a saucepan, pour 1 liter of cold water. Cook for 10 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally, drain the water, season with salt, add butter, stir and cover so that the rice is steamed and soaked in butter.

Remove the film from the sausage, rinse with cold water, pat dry with a napkin. With a sharp knife or blade of the "satellite" type, make cuts in the form of a mesh, you can make any pattern you like. Put the sausage on a plate, add 1 tsp. a spoonful of water, cover and put in the microwave for 1 minute.
