Ingredients:

Cook half a cup of rice until half cooked.
Cut 300g of champignons into cubes and fry in butter. In fasting, you can use a vegetable
Separately fry one chopped onion and one large carrot in vegetable oil.
We combine rice, mushrooms, carrots with onions - we have a filling for stuffed cabbage rolls. Salt and pepper to taste.
We prepare the cabbage leaves (I boil the cabbage for 5 minutes, then disassemble it into leaves, cut off the tough stems). Put the filling on the cabbage leaf and wrap the cabbage rolls. Lightly fry the cabbage rolls on both sides in vegetable oil, put in a saucepan.
Cabbage rolls can be stewed in sour cream (1 glass approximately + a little water), or you can pour water, add onions, carrots, tomato paste and spices. Salt to taste. Simmer cabbage rolls for 30-40 minutes.
Serve cabbage rolls with mushrooms, sprinkle with herbs. They are very tasty! Bon appetit, my dears!
