Fish casserole with cream

For fish lovers - a dish that, in fact, does not need to be cooked. And what's good - you can use just fillet, from those. what is sold in all stores - frozen. Beforehand, of course, it is worth defrosting it.

And everything else - I mean preparation - will take some twenty, maximum, minutes.

At the same time, the taste is very interesting.

We take:

  • 1 kg fish fillet
  • 150-200 grams of cheese
  • 250 ml cream (better fat)
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste
  • A bunch of fresh parsley
  • Spices - rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika (pink, the one that gives a sweetish taste, if your paprika is red or brownish, then it is better to reduce the amount)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How we cook:

Grease the baking dish with butter and put the fish fillets there.

Chop the onion into small cubes, finely chop the parsley, rub the cheese.

Mix onion, salt, pepper, spices and chopped parsley with cream and tomato paste. pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

We send it to the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.
