For a long time, but what really there, almost all my adult life, I believed that there is no tasty and comfortable weight loss. If you want to lose weight, go on a diet, starve, limit yourself in everything and actively go in for sports - so many think so, so did I.

I have never liked sports. And here is the diet. I didn't like diets either, but I constantly sat on them in order to lose weight.

You want to get rid of the extra load as soon as possible, right? We eat it long and hard, we eat it with pleasure. But I want to throw it off instantly. And it begins: a portion from the palm of your hand, a week on kefir, hunger strikes, and so on. What only we do not try to take to lose excess weight quickly, while forgetting what will happen to our health.

The stereotypes imposed on us for many years prevail in the mind. At the same time, very few people lead to such eating behavior to a stable result.

But for me, everything changed at the moment when I learned about losing weight by counting calories.

Thanks to nutritional control by counting calories with a minimum calorie deficit and a balance of BJU, you can eat deliciously, not starve, indulge in your favorite snacks and lose weight with comfort.

And most importantly, nutrition becomes balanced, more useful, and our body only says "thank you" for this!

I'll tell you about my day and the menu for today.

I have three days of procedures left and I hope that I will return to my usual routine. How I hate to waste 4 hours on the road and procedures - how much useful can be done during this time! But nothing can be done - it is necessary, then it is necessary. In the meantime, we get up early to be in time.

My early breakfast consisted of two eggs and a sandwich on rye bread (30 g) with curd cheese (25 g) and carp caviar (30 g).

I drank green tea, which I drink without sugar. Breakfast - 390 kcal.

Earlier, before I switched to counting calories, I could not have a good breakfast, especially early in the morning. As I said - well, food has not climbed into me since the morning. But then during the day sandwiches with tea perfectly fit into me. And at night too.

As soon as a diet regime appeared, I began to have breakfast densely and with pleasure, because a slight hunger in the morning awakens the appetite.

Immediately after breakfast - to work in order to have time to resolve all urgent issues before lunch and calmly leave for the procedures.

I took a break to wash my fruit for a snack and pour some tea.

I also really wanted peanut butter. But I couldn't think of what to eat it with. And I decided to cut the apple into slices (100 g) and spread it with peanut butter (I have it with chocolate - 30 g).

Out on a snack 240 kcal.

I really liked this combination - fruits and peanut butter, and even if it looks in the photo and not appetizing, but tasty.

Yes, pasta is high in calories, but it can be added to the diet if desired. Just like we enter 20 g of chocolate or candy.

How do you eat peanut butter? I want to try using it in baking. I plan to make cheese cakes with peanut butter in the near future.

For lunch I have chicken broth with drumsticks (400 g) and boiled noodles (70 g), as well as 100 g of cucumber.

Lunch - 300 kcal.

While I was going to the procedures, I read the news. German scientists have found that the juice of pomegranate, chokeberry, and green tea (our favorite green tea!) Are endowed with magical power against misfortunes that have been agitating the whole world for the past six months.
But seriously, the news said that these juices and green tea suppressed the spread (the activity of viruses is reduced by more than 80%) and alleviated the symptoms.
It is not for nothing that I recently bought a huge pomegranate, and green tea is my constant companion.

I returned home after the procedure for dinner. And while I was driving home - I ate an apple (220 g) - 105 kcal.

For dinner, I had goulash, so I cooked buckwheat before leaving. We will return home for dinner and we can immediately warm up our food and eat.

Dinner 130 g of boiled buckwheat and 170 g of beef goulash (weight with broth) - 255 kcal.

What day do I have on my menu beef goulash and every time I write about the weight of goulash with broth. But still there are those who "also count calories and they cannot get 300 kcal buckwheat with beef" - a quote. How do you count calories, that you don't even know that the more broth in the dish, the less calorie you get? Or do we read diagonally and give our opinion?

3 hours before bedtime I drank green tea with dried mango (50 g) - 165 kcal.

The result of the day is 1455 kcal. B - 92, F - 56, U - 124. I am happy with my KBZHU.

I was looking for copies of documents on a computer disk today, but I accidentally found a photo of the end of 2014 and all subsequent years flew before my eyes.

In the first photo (I will show all the photos below) - December 2014. There is excess weight, of course, but "not transcendental".

Only half a year has passed - and now the weight is approaching transcendental - the second photo is August 2015.

Then for three years my weight was either gaining or losing weight on the next diet: again I fell into a vicious circle - diet-breakdown-weight gain-diet.

Like many people, when a bunch of problems pile up, there is a lack of funds, problems with work - stress begins to jam.

The weight grew by leaps and bounds for three years. At some point, enlightenment came and another diet began, and then again in a circle. And as a result, over 3 years of diets and breakdowns by 2018, 132 kg came on - the third photo:

It was from the third photo that my way of losing weight began and it was with this white blouse that the kick-motivation was associated.

And if at that time I knew about losing weight by counting calories, perhaps everything would have been different for a long time and I would have looked different already in 2018.

And yet, I look at myself in 2014 - well, my aunt is far from young. I don’t understand how some people think that they or someone else looks younger with being overweight? Because the skin is stretched like a drum? Is it better in their opinion? I do not think so.
