Cooking method:
Cut the meat into 8 pieces, beat off under a plastic wrap.
Prepare the marinade: mix oil, mustard, vinegar, barbecue sauce, add rosemary, and crushed garlic, stir well.
Dip the meat into the marinade, stir, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. The longer the meat is marinated, the tastier it is.
