📕Ingredients for cooking:🥙

Frozen dumplings (semi-finished product) - 350-400 g
Carrot - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Tomato - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
Salt, ground black pepper, spices - to taste
Vegetable oil for frying

👨🏻‍🍳Let's start cooking...⤵️⤵️⤵️

We don’t need to do anything with dumplings, because we take a ready-made semi-finished product, so all preparation begins with vegetables. We clean the onions, carrots and cut them, carrots can be cut into strips or grated.

We put the pan on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons), heat it up and lay the onions with carrots, start frying.

At this time, we are preparing the rest of the vegetables, we clean the bell pepper from the internal contents, cut into strips or cubes.

Cut the tomato into cubes.

We put these prepared vegetables in a pan with the rest of the vegetables and continue to fry.

When all the vegetables are soft, put the tomato paste, spices, salt. You can add garlic, simmer for another 2 minutes.

And now we put the prepared frozen dumplings on top.

Next, pour in hot water so that it covers the dumplings, add the bay leaf. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for 7-8 minutes.

That's all, turn off the fire and a full-fledged hot dish of frozen dumplings is ready! Dumplings in this version are very tasty, fragrant, saturated with the taste of spices and vegetable gravy.
