Wash and peel vegetables.
Cut vegetables into approximately the same size cubes (1cm).

Cut the fish into cubes about 2 cm sides, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon or lime juice. Then add some olive oil and stir.
- Roll pieces of fish in bread crumbs.
- Preheat a skillet and add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Arrange the breaded fish pieces and fry on each side over medium heat (I fry for 1.5 minutes on each side).
Transfer the finished fish to a plate.
VEGETABLES
Remove any fat from the skillet or use a different one. Heat again and add some vegetable oil.
- Fry quickly first Bell pepper over high heat and transfer to a salad bowl. Season with a little salt or pepper.
- Then, also on high heat, quickly fry zucchini, transfer to a salad bowl and salt.
- Oil the skillet again and fry onion. Transfer to a salad bowl and season with salt.
- Oil and fry tomatoes. Stir them gently so they don't turn into mush. Turn off heating. Transfer the tomatoes to a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh dill if desired. This delicious salad is ready.
