Add salt and a mixture of peppers to taste, finely chopped onion and grated zucchini on a coarse grater into the minced chicken. (minced meat will be softer). Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences.

Put stuffed peppers in a large saucepan, then vegetables in sequence; carrots, cauliflower, squash, zucchini, eggplant, tomato. Add a mixture of peppers and three tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid, put on medium heat, when the lock is activated, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the cream into a liter saucepan, add grated cheese (on a medium grater), chopped garlic. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. The vegetables and sauce are ready.
