My breakfast came on 400 kcal.

Total dinner turned - 340 kcal.

And how difficult the year after calorie deficit score more than 1300. I tried in his spare time to plan the menu for 1400 kcal and understand that not all eat. If only to gather calorie carbohydrates. By the way, I am constantly carbohydrates do not get to 1200-1300 kcal.

I decided to go beyond 1300 kcal. Perhaps a little more, if possible, and want something tasty (but okoloPP) - intuitively wanted - ate. Of course, not buckets, the path will not be 1300 and 1400 kcal.

I think the weight will be reduced in any case at a calorie deficit (plateau only recently), but the weight is left on the lot, I do not want to. The goal - to look good, and this means not only slim but well-groomed and with a good quality of the body, the skin. Perhaps messy explained their plans... but in my head means until everything is messy. Rational weight loss, it is the fact and rational that pursue not behind the numbers, but we want to get a healthy body and high-quality body.
