#new year Delicate and moderately sweet cake with a citrus hint
Ingredients: eggs, sugar, flour, salt, vanillin, half orange peel, cream:, 35% cream, Philadelphia cheese, powdered sugar, half orange peel, orange juice, orange slices
Cooking method:
1. Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the whites into a fluffy foam with half of all the sugar. Add the remaining sugar, vanillin, salt and orange zest to the yolks. Beat until the yolks are clear and uniform. We add whites to the yolks in two steps. Mix gently. Add the sifted flour and mix gently too. Cover the 18 cm form with paper, do not grease the sides. Bake at 180 g for about 40 minutes.
2. For the cream, beat the chilled cream with powdered sugar until thick. Add cheese and whisk again. Add the zest and orange juice. The cream is ready. VIDEO RECIPE HERE
3. When the biscuit is ready, cool it in the mold, remove it from the mold, wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Cut into 3 cakes (1 cm each). We collect the cake. The top of the biscuit goes to the bottom of the cake. The biscuit can be soaked in orange juice. Then the cream (I also divide it into 3 parts). Then slices of oranges. And the next cake. When the cake is assembled, refrigerate for several hours. Garnish with the remaining cream before serving.
