Fir-trees are a trend of the last year. But last year my turn did not reach them, and I really wanted to cook. From one package I got two Christmas trees at once. I folded the layer of dough in half and cut out a triangle. From the scraps she folded the second. It turned out cool!
Ingredients: puff pastry (I have "Grandma Anya" already rolled out), Filling with spinach:, eggs, gr of spinach (can be frozen), l curd cheese (I have "Violetta" with herbs), gr mozzarella cheese (or suluguni), gr finely chopped mushrooms if desired, Salt pepper, yolk + 1 tbsp. l milk, Filling with condensed milk:, gr boiled condensed milk (I have homemade caramel +, peanut butter)
Cooking method:
Defrost the puff pastry and roll it into a layer.
Boil the eggs.
Simmer spinach in a skillet, add a couple of tablespoons of curd cheese and finely chopped mushrooms, if desired. Put out a couple of minutes.
Add diced mozzarella and finely diced eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate. Refrigerate to room temperature.
Cut a triangle out of the dough. Lay out the filling. Cover the top with the same triangle. Pin the edges together and roll with a rolling pin.
With a knife, make cuts on both sides from top to bottom, slightly short of the middle.
Rotate each strip around its axis once or twice. Brush the top with a mixture of yolk and milk. I sprinkled more sesame seeds.
Bake until tender in an oven preheated to 200 °.
Make a Christmas tree with boiled condensed milk in the same way. After baking, garnish with sprinkles, almond petals, or powdered sugar.
