The taste is not quite the same, but very tasty
Ingredients: milk, dry yeast, egg yolk, sugar, vanillin, butter, salt, flour, for greasing, milk, yolk
Cooking method:
We dilute yeast in warm milk, 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 1 tbsp. l. flour. Stir and leave in a warm, quiet place for 15 minutes for the yeast to come to life and start working. This is a dough.
Then add the remaining sugar, salt, vanilla, melted warm butter, but not hot to the bowl with the dough!
Stir in the yolks and sift the flour. Knead the dough, cover with foil and put in a warm, quiet place for 1.5 hours until it doubles in volume at least.
We spread the matched dough on the work surface lightly, sprinkled with flour, at this point the main thing is not to sprinkle more flour than necessary. I literally sprinkled the work surface with pinches and it is necessary to knead the dough well, releasing air from it.
The dough was re-kneaded, now we divide it into 12 almost equal parts, roll each piece into a bun.
We put these balls at a short distance from each other on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. And we set to distance for another 30 minutes, the buns will level out, increase in volume. Now you can grease them: beat 2 tbsp. l. milk, one yolk and grease the buns with a silicone brush. I only smeared with milk, the eggs ran out, so the top is not what it should be.
The oven was preheated to 190-200 ° C. She baked until golden brown for 25-30 minutes, cooled the buns on the wire rack.
It turned out very tasty !!!
