Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

I'll tell you about your menu for the day. It was delicious and satisfying!

That's strange how many people have many opinions, speak properly.

Someone thinks I'm much "zhru" (yes it zhru), and someone says that I have too little kalorazh impossible to cram so much food. And the truth is where?

And the truth is that I am completely satisfied with my menu. I'm fed up, I was delicious and I'm not just losing weight, I lost weight by 48 kg for over a year. And still I continue to lose weight.

So breakfast.

For breakfast two rye bread (25 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and fish pate (40 g). And cheesecake with curd and blueberries (115 g). All this splendor for breakfast was a green tea with jasmine. During breakfast, I drink vitamins and capsule of omega -3.

Breakfast typed 400 kcal.

I earned today and closer to the dinner realized that not even snacking on anything during the day. Well, I did not shoot down an appetite, especially conceived to prepare snacks for lunch. And get ready!

Lunch at me consisted of boiled potatoes (150 g) and chicken breast braised in white sauce (200 g) and cucumber (80 g). Chicken breast recipe I will share with you necessarily, because they really want to and you try this yummy.

Lunch came to 340 kcal.

I stayed another cheesecake with blueberries (125 g), which I happily ate at the snack in the afternoon with green tea - 145 kcal.

Look what "Shmat cheesecake," as expressed recently in the comments and only 125 g, and a total of 145 calories. And how much pleasure to eat such "Shmat cheesecake" and at the end of the week to see the next plummet. And you still crunch cabbage?)

For dinner for himself did not want to cook anything, but there was a bit of fresh cheese and yoghurt is still left.

So I just mixed the cheese 9% (200 g) with yogurt, berries added a little and one sweetener sachets and enjoy the taste.

Dinner turned on 330 kcal.

Total for the day I typed 1215 kcal.
