Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
As I was able to get rid of the moment 48 kg.

Monday for me for the past more than half of the year begins with checkweighing (still maintaining discipline blog).

And here it is this Monday, I was pleased. Pleased that's a number on the scale.

Let me remind you that a week ago, my weight was 84.9 kg. Thus - minus 900 grams per week - an excellent result.

If it goes further, then you need to have to think, how to mark the minus 50 kg. Agree, a sufficient number to it and pay attention even once to celebrate. But I will definitely not celebrate cakes and pies. You want something unrelated to food. Because on fatty cakes and pies I just do not pull, I miss my PPshnyh vkusnyashek.

With regard to such a plumb good. If next week I will have such a plummet, I will share with you a little sekretikom. And while I will not reveal his secret, and another week experiment on himself.

Only now I ask - do not think of any way to lose weight and things like that. All this I took in his youth and more to such filth will not go back.

Let's move on to my menu on Monday.

Breakfast today is unusual for me, as always early.

The first time today I tried the lazy oatmeal. I wanted to try for a long time, but somehow did not dare. And perhaps it's time and it all came together so that there's nowhere to go and we must try.

The refrigerator had a little yogurt, a little raspberry looked at me out of the bowl, well, oatmeal is in the house at all times.

I made the following lazy porridge: 35 grams of oatmeal, yoghurt 250 g and 100 g of raspberries in a jar shifted layers, closed and removed in the refrigerator overnight. Morning got, stir, add the sachet sahzama and voila, breakfast is served!)

Just happened to breakfast 305 kcal.

Do not forget about the omega-3 and vitamins at breakfast. And of course, green tea with jasmine, where I am without a cup of tea for breakfast.

Breakfast still needs to be more nutritious. And I know that I will need to travel on business, and a snack, which I have always at 11 o'clock I'm missing. Therefore, somewhere in half an hour after breakfast, I had tea with curd cheesecake with raspberries (150g) - 175 kcal.

I returned to the lunch time, but still had to cook dinner. Well, that favorite cheese soup on chicken breast is cooked very quickly.

Monday I turned out to be some kind of chaotic. I usually dedicate Monday household affairs, accumulated since the weekend, and the work has already been doing after cleared and rest, closer to the night. But today all the way around.

And after dinner, instead of exercise I do cleaning and all that is connected with it.

Take a short break to drink green tea and a bite of the same curd cheesecake with raspberries (100g) - 120 kcal.

Afternoon snack is perfectly fit into my KBZHU.

Household chores had just finished at the time when the time would have to make dinner. And I decided not particularly self loading dinner cooking and cook squash casserole - tasty, fast enough and does everything oven for you - set and forget.

For dinner 300g Pumpkin casseroles and tomato half (50 g) - 250 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1250 kcal.

As always drink water, I try to drink their rate (which is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight). Let me remind you how I drink water. In the morning on an empty stomach drink a glass of water before each meal 15-20 minutes to drink a glass of water. The remaining water drink slowly throughout the day, try to reduce the amount of water the evening.
