Ingredients:

chicken liver
sour cream
onion
garlic
flour
salt
spices
greenery

Preparation:

Cut one large onion in half rings and fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, so that the onion becomes transparent.

Then put the chicken liver, cut into pieces (about 500g), into the pan. Cook for a couple of minutes and add 2 teaspoons of flour, then 3 tablespoons of sour cream.

We add water little by little, stirring constantly - the liver should be stewed in sour cream sauce over low heat. Salt to taste, pepper.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add chopped garlic, simmer for 5 minutes and turn it off immediately. Delicious liver with sour cream and onion is ready. Serve with any side dish, sprinkled with fresh herbs.

The liver is tender, with a pleasant creamy taste - delicious! The most important thing is to cook the liver for a short time, otherwise it will be tough.
