# new year In addition to traditional salads, I decided to prepare a new salad for the festive New Year's table. And literally a few hours before the celebration, the idea spontaneously arose to combine three "sea" ingredients in one salad: red fish, caviar (again, red) and shrimp. And to my great joy, the salad turned out to be very tasty! The products that make up it complemented each other perfectly. Now I will prepare it for other holidays as well. The name of the salad arose as spontaneously as the salad itself. I do not indicate the number of ingredients, since everyone should proceed from the availability of products, the number of servings and their own preferences.
Ingredients: fresh cucumbers, slightly salted red fish, chicken eggs, boiled, shrimps, mayonnaise, red caviar, herbs for decoration
Cooking method:
I took a short ring with a diameter of 15 cm and collected the salad in it. To get a taste of the salad, that's enough for four eaters.
I wrapped the ring with cling film and slightly moistened it with water. The first layer I laid out the eggs grated on a coarse grater: one whole egg and two yolks. I smeared the eggs a little with mayonnaise and scattered the red fish, cut into small cubes, over them.
Next I had a layer of fresh cucumber. I cut the cucumber, scooped out the middle with a teaspoon to get rid of excess moisture, and cut into small cubes. I put mayonnaise on top.
Now shrimp. I had few of them, but large ones. Enough to cover up the cucumbers. Cut into small pieces and grease with mayonnaise.
Grated whites from the remaining two eggs on top. I put a little mayonnaise on the squirrels, leveled it, slightly compacted the layer, smoothed it out.
And the last thing - remove the ring and decorate the salad. I decorated with red caviar and green dill sprigs.
Bon Appetit! Delight yourself and your loved ones with delicious dishes!
