Something tells me that while cooking, everything is bad, bad, bad for many
On my own I noticed (and from many of my friends) that New Year's holidays are more relaxing than I would like. You feel like a bear that is about to go into hibernation. Sometimes you don't even want to move.
As an old friend says, I turn into an amoeba. I am lying on the couch, scratching my digestive vacuole with a pseudopod... It's a shame that in order to fill the digestive vacuole, you need to perform some actions! And so laziness!
Therefore, today - a recipe is not a recipe, but a life hack, one might say.
A dish for breakfast (and for dinner it will probably go for lunch as well), from all the familiar and always available products, but with an interesting presentation and a small nuance: rosemary gives him a new, slightly more interesting, taste.
We take:
- An even number of slices of bread - two slices of non-eater. Best of all is bread in the form of a "big brick", if you still bake such, or - just toaster.
- Eggs - one per person
- 50 grams of butter
- A teaspoon of finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves or a pinch of dried
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
How we cook:
Peel and crush the garlic. Add it together with rosemary to butter, salt, pepper a little, if we want, and knead everything well.
In half of the pieces of bread, cut out the middle with a cookie cutter or just a glass.
Grease whole pieces of bread with butter and rosemary and garlic.
We spread the pieces with the cut-out center on them, press them a little so that they become "almost a single whole."
Break an egg into each center. Salt, pepper, put in the oven for 10 minutes (maybe a little less, depending on your oven), at 200 degrees. By the way, do not forget to put the cut out centers in the oven too!
Breakfast or dinner, or a snack is ready.
Bon Appetit!
