Ingredients: homemade chicken, I have a broiler, soy sauce, rosemary, salt, ground black pepper, Filling, potatoes, onion, salt, smoked paprika

Cooking method:

Wash the chicken well with cold running water, dry it with paper towels. Pluck out feathers and hemp, remove fat glands on the tail.

To make a marinade: Combine soy sauce, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Grate chicken on all sides with marinade, pour inside and rub in. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes, I have marinated for 5 hours in the refrigerator, periodically turn the chicken over.

Prepare the filling: wash and peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. Onions - in thin half rings. Put them together in a bowl, salt, add smoked paprika and mix everything well, let it soak in spices for 30 minutes.

Line the baking dish with 2 layers of foil, put the chicken on it and fill the belly with the filling. Poke the hole with toothpicks or sew up with culinary thread. Put the same piece of foil on top and wrap the chicken tightly in it.

Bake the chicken for 1 hour in foil at a temperature of 200 Β°, then open the foil and bake for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
