Wash cabbage leaves and chop finely. Cut the green onions into small pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Cut sweet peppers into strips. Cut the celery into pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp. l. oil and fry the cabbage on it. Pour in 150 ml of broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Cut the duck into cubes, season with salt, pepper and fry on all sides. Add chopped garlic, onion, finely chopped chili and grated ginger. Brown it.
Add carrots, bell peppers, celery to the meat and fry a little more. Add cabbage, mix everything, season with soy sauce, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Dissolve the starch in the remaining broth and pour into the meat with vegetables.
