Finally, we waited for the weekend! Weather promised not to fail.

I'll tell you about my two days off, because once again decided to arrange a day off from everything.

On Saturday I had breakfast ovsyanoblinom with curd cheese (about 25 g) and salted chum (40 g) and put some leaves of Chinese cabbage. I drank green tea with jasmine and about vitamins not forgotten. I have breakfast at 370 kcal.

All day Saturday, we decided to hold the water, under the sun. And about 9 o'clock in the morning we were at our favorite quarry.
