Very easy to prepare and delicious roll
Ingredients: eggs, condensed milk, softened butter, soda, Flour, Sour cream, Sugar
Cooking method:
Combine eggs, condensed milk, butter, soda in a bowl, mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
Gradually add the sifted flour, the dough should have the consistency of sour cream.
Lines parchment paper on a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil (I have a special baking mat) and pour our dough, evenly distribute over the entire baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180% until cooked for 20 minutes, depending on your ovens.
When our roll acquires a ruddy color, we take it out of the oven and, while hot, roll it into a roll in a towel, in this form we let our roll cool down.
When the roll cools down a little, gently untwist it and soak it with sour cream with sugar (mix sour cream with sugar in advance, so that the sugar dissolves, add sugar to your taste, I added about a glass), the soaked roll again we twist.
With the remaining sour cream, you can soak our roll on top from all sides and decorate with any berries (I had frozen currants).
Then let the roll soak for at least a couple of hours and the delicious sour cream roll with condensed milk is ready! Bon appetit 😋
