Chicken puff potatoes - a dish for all occasions! It prepares quickly, it turns out delicious, and you can always find the necessary ingredients at hand. Such a dish is even put on a festive table!
Ingredients: potatoes, onions, chicken fillet, Mayonnaise + sour cream, Salt, spices, cheese
Cooking method:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Cut the peeled onion into thin rings. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin plates. The thickness should be approximately 5-7 millimeters.
We take a baking dish, grease it with oil, put the potato mugs on the bottom with a little overlap. Spread out half of the chopped potatoes. Sprinkle a little with salt.
On top of the potatoes, we apply a net of mayonnaise and sour cream of any shape.
On top, carefully lay out the layers of chicken fillet. Naturally salt and pepper. We use all kinds of dry herbs and spices at our discretion. We spread the bow. Apply the sauce mesh again, but this time on top of the chicken fillet.
Now, put the remaining potatoes on top, which we cut into circles. And repeat all layers. At the end, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
