Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 47 kg.

My breakfast consisted of sandwiches on Borodino bread (70 g) with butter (10 g) and caviar carp (15 g) and cottage cheese (50 g) and tomatoes (50 g). Sandwiches washed down with green tea, and has not forgotten about the capsule of omega-3 and vitamins at breakfast.

Breakfast is turned on 420 kcal.

Today turned out to be such a day for me, that the work on the computer was not so much. Therefore I went to the grocery store and dedicate time to cooking. Ready vkusnyashek family and myself have not forgotten, baked open PP Cherry Pie.

Snack I had apricots (140 g) - 60 kcal.

And when ran into the store took with 20 g of nuts - 130 kcal.

For lunch I had a bowl of soup with chicken meatballs (450 g), which was prepared yesterday, and vegetables: cucumber (100 g) and tomato (100 g).

Lunch turned on 300 kcal.
