If your New Year's feast has dragged on and you spent all the holidays at the table with delicious, fatty and high-calorie food, then the scales will definitely not please you with numbers.

If you allowed yourself to eat well for a day or two, then most likely the plus on the scales will be mostly due to fluid retention. The transition to a regular non-nutritive diet, adherence to the drinking regime and excess water will go away in a couple of days without additional distillation of it by any means (this is absolutely unnecessary).

But in a week of plentiful food and drink, you can gain a decent amount of extra pounds.

And here you have to work hard to get rid of them.

For more than 3 years I have been monitoring the calorie content of my diet and following the BJU. The first two years it took me to get rid of 63 kg, which stuck to me in constant diets and subsequent gagging.

And now for more than a year and a half I have been maintaining my comfortable weight, which I have never been able to do before.

As usual, I am taking an example of my menu at the control of KBZHU, in order to once again show that you can eat ordinary food, your favorite foods, observing only KBZHU.

After the holiday, a delicious fish remained, and I love it so much. Therefore, I indulge myself with sandwiches. 90 g of bread, 30 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of cold smoked chum salmon and green tea.

Breakfast for 465 kcal.

In the afternoon I had a snack of 230 g of tangerines and drank half a cup of coffee with milk (60 g) - 155 kcal

We dined with jellied meat (230 g) with homemade whole grain bread (40 g) - 540 kcal.

And after lunch we immediately went for a walk to Moscow. We reached the center, walked along Lubyanskaya Square and to Kuznetsky Most, then reached Teatralnaya Square and Manezhnaya. We got to Red Square and walked there, watched the fair. And along Varvarka we reached Kitay-gorod.

It was still a child's time and we decided to drive to VDNKh. VDNKh what year upsets me on New Year's holidays. Almost all of the New Year's beauty is hidden on the territory of the ice rink. You can only admire the installations from afar or stick your nose into the crack of the skating rink fence. There is no talk about taking a variety of New Year's photos at all - for those who just came for a walk - there is very little New Year's decoration.

While walking, we got very hungry. We decided not to crowd around cafes and catering outlets, where there are a lot of people and just bought charm on the way, although we had to work hard to find a more or less decent one.

I wrote it down for shawarma 500 kcal, in my eye it was no more than 200 g (very thin).

1660 kcal came out in a day at my rate of 1700. But we didn't stop there today.

We found almost 15 thousand steps, we were tired. And we decided to please ourselves with sweets. My husband and I bought an average trdelnik and raspberry tea with ginger for two - they seemed to have tried it, but ate not so much.

I think our walk burned up those extra calories that trdelnik brought in. For what year have I already wanted to try it and still could not dare. But then it happened: tasty, but sweet.
