Potato quiche in Russian

Ingredients: Potatoes, Flour, Egg, Salt, paprika, Meat, Cheese, Onions, Herbs, Tomato paste, Butter

Cooking method:

Boil potatoes until tender. Salt, mash with butter.

Spread the dough with your hands on a greased form, forming the sides, and refrigerate.

At this time, fry the minced meat in butter, breaking the lumps.

Dilute the tomato paste with water, salt, add spices (I have dry adjika and paprika), herbs.

When the minced meat is fried, add the diluted tomato paste, mix, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
