✨ Today I want to invite you to prepare a delicious and light salad, the preparation of which will require ordinary and very budgetary ingredients.
📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙
Peking cabbage (or white cabbage) - 500 g
Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
Processed cheese - 2 sticks
Greenery
Mayonnaise
Salt, black pepper to taste

Usually for this salad I buy Peking cabbage, with which the salad turns out to be more tender. But you can also use the most common white cabbage. Chop the cabbage finely.
If you use white cabbage after shredding, you need to lightly salt it and mash it with your hands so that it becomes softer.
We rub the processed cheese on a fine grater, and before that it is advisable to slightly freeze them, so it will be easier to grate them.
Chicken eggs must be boiled in advance, cooled, peeled and also finely grated or finely chopped with a knife and added to a bowl with cabbage and cheese curds.
Now we take any greens that you like, chop, add to the rest of the ingredients, put 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. You can add a little salt and pepper to taste.
We mix everything.
And that's it, the salad is ready! This salad will definitely not be a burden on your stomach, and besides, it is very tasty.
