Ingredients: Iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, king prawns, Parmesan cheese, Croutons, For sauce:, Parmesan, Worcester sauce, mayonnaise, milk, garlic, lemon juice, For marinating shrimp:, Dried garlic, Pepper mixture with lemon, Worcester sauce, lemon juice, salt
Cooking method:
We prepare all the ingredients: we wash everything, cut the tomatoes into halves, three cheese on a fine grater, peel the shrimp, dry the lettuce leaves and tear them in any shape into a deep bowl.
Marinate the shrimps: add all the ingredients to the peeled shrimps, mix and leave for 5-10 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce: grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater, add lemon juice, mayonnaise, milk, Worcester sauce, add garlic squeezed through a garlic press and mix everything thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
After marinating the shrimp, fry for 2-3 minutes in a preheated pan until tender, then put it on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.
And now we collect the salad: add the sauce to the lettuce leaves and mix everything with our hands in a deep bowl, then transfer to a serving plate with a diameter of 27 cm, put the tomatoes on top and shrimps.
Sprinkle with cheese and crackers.
