Chicken, Orange and Korean Carrot Salad

Ingredients: smoked / boiled / fried chicken breast, boiled eggs, an orange or 2 tangerines, Korean carrots, cheese, mayonnaise, walnuts for decoration

Cooking method:

1. Cut the chicken into cubes, lay out in the first layer, brush with mayonnaise (~ 1.5 tablespoons). 2. The next layer is Korean carrots. 3. Cut the peel off the orange together with the foil and cut into cubes.

4. We spread it in the next layer and grease it with mayonnaise. 5. Cut boiled eggs into cubes and spread in the next layer, grease with mayonnaise. 6. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle on top.

7. Remove soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. 8. Sprinkle with walnuts and herbs before serving. Serving to the table. Fast, satisfying and delicious. Take it to your piggy bank at a run and cook it for your festive table
