Through experience, I achieved the best taste of my dishes and now I can confidently say that I can do a lot. I make great pancakes that can be eaten in one sitting. I also want to share their recipe with you.
Ingredients: flour, soda, sugar, salt, kefir, sunflower oil +, if necessary, for frying
Cooking method:
It is better to take kefir not fresh. Let it sit in your refrigerator for a couple of days. When you want to bake pancakes from it, we take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes at room temperature. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar to it, mix well.
We pour soda.
Pour kefir over soda to extinguish it. Knead the dough thoroughly.
Pour sunflower oil into the dough, mix and let the dough stand for 30 minutes to allow the flour to dissipate.
After the time has elapsed, it can be seen that the dough has become homogeneous.
The consistency should be like thick sour cream, without lumps. Now you can bake our pancakes. Pour some sunflower oil into the pan, heat well and bake pancakes of any size.
Add oils to the pan as needed if you have a good pan. You don't need much, otherwise the pancakes will be very fatty. Good appetite!
