Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 47 kg.

Today is my second day without breakfast sandwich. The experiment continues.

Decided to give a second chance ovsyanoblinu. Why second? It was the case, tried to go to ovsyanoblin instead of cereals and other things. He planned to change the filling and so diversify your own breakfast. But alas, ovsyanoblin I did not like, and I forgot about it safely.

Here's today for breakfast oat pancake with curd cheese (about 25 g smeared) and salted chum (45 g). A couple of lettuce did not count.

Breakfast is turned on 355 kcal. Green tea with jasmine and Vitaminka finished breakfast.

Oat pancake prepared as follows. 45g of oatmeal was ground with a mixer, and added one egg 50 g milk. Ovsyanoblin, unlike yesterday's porridge went to cheer, apparently a favorite stuffing (fish and cottage cheese) did their job.

For a long time, I decided today to exercise. Rather even I wondered about whether or not to postpone the work and to go swimming. Weather led me to doubt. I even sat down to work, but then still decided to postpone it.

Took a snack with them, I sat on the bike and went swimming at the quarry. At the site again solved a long time to go into the water, it seemed to me that it is very cold, the more the wind aggravated the situation. But when decided yet - I have not regretted! Naplavatsya enough to arm muscles.

While it dried to drive home a snack - peach (140 g) and bran (30 g). Snack turned on 150 kcal.

As a result, about half an hour took me on a trip. If so long did not dare to swim, maybe even 10-15 minutes saved. So I think that I can well afford to spend half an hour to sail in good weather. We must use the fact that live near the quarry (a kind of a free session in the "pool").

So after lunch until the evening - to work.

A dinner plate was green boiling with chicken (450 g) of less than 100 kcal.

And since meal turned out (because without bread!) Low-calorie tea for me with low-fat cheese (40 grams) and 30 grams of dates - 235 kcal.

We must somehow to gather fats, and carbohydrates.

The entire second half of the day working at a computer, distracted only to quickly fry for dinner family and myself to cook fish and vegetable mixture.

For dinner roasted at 200 g olive oil droplet pollack and Mexican mixture extinguished with a drop of olive oil (150 g) left on 365 kcal.

The day I got the same 1205 calories. Norm drank water. Swim. And in the evening still managed to take a walk with her husband in the neighborhood, nashagala 10,000 steps. I think that today I did everything for her weight loss.
