A very light and tasty snack for any festive table made of cheese and olives. Such an appetizer is prepared very quickly, and on the table it looks quite unusual. Serving such a snack in portions allows you to cook it on the buffet table.
The appetizer turns out to be very tasty. Salty Adyghe cheese combined with olives, olives and aromatic marinade will please everyone. The appetizer is very light and goes well with wine.

Ingredients:

  • green olives - 1 can
  • black olives - 1 can
  • Adyghe cheese - 250 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • Provencal herbs - 2 tsp l.
  • ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp l.
  • apple or wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the dressing. Pour 2 tbsp into a bowl. tablespoons of apple cider or wine vinegar, pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to this, squeeze 1 clove of garlic through a press and add 2 teaspoons of Provencal herbs. We mix everything.

2. Cut 250 g of Adyghe cheese into small cubes.
Pour one jar of pitted green olives into a bowl, add here one jar of pitted olives and chopped Adyghe cheese. We water everything with the prepared dressing.

3. Mix everything gently.
Put the prepared appetizer in small cups or glasses. The amount of this snack is enough for about 15 pieces of 50 gram cups.
Insert a skewer into each cup from above.
