Ingredients: chicken breast fillet -, large carrots (boiled), eggs (boiled), processed cheese ("Friendship", "Orbita" etc.), chips, mayonnaise, dill, salt, ground pepper, garlic, onion, bay leaf, black peppercorns, rosemary
Cooking method:
Boil the breast in a small amount of well-salted water, along with onions, bay leaves, black pepper (peas), rosemary. Cool and take apart into fibers.
Put the fillet on a dish, pour over with mayonnaise. Lay the lettuce layers so that the edges are slightly above the middle (imitation of a nest).
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, put in a second layer, season with salt and pour over with mayonnaise.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grate the proteins and put in a third layer, salt and grease with mayonnaise.
Crumple the chips and sprinkle on the "nest".
Mass for thrush eggs: knead the yolks with a fork, grate the curds on a medium grater, pass the garlic through garlic press, add salt, ground pepper, a little dill, mayonnaise and mix until smooth masses.
Form the eggs using 2 teaspoons and place in the middle. Sprinkle the edges with chopped dill.
In the photo I have eggs made from half of the cooked mass. I used the remaining half of the mass for making sandwiches. You can cook eggs from 2 yolks and 1 cheese, and put the remaining 2 yolks in a salad. Bon Appetit!
