Good day, Friends! Today I was attacked by laziness... And the family had to be fed with a delicious and hearty dinner. Here the principles of preparing the correct carbonara and imagination came to my aid. The result was very tasty, fast and everyone asked for more! Take this recipe into your piggy bank. He will become a "lifesaver" for you when there is no time to mess around in the kitchen for a long time or the mood to cook.
Ingredients: pasta (I have farfalle, but it doesn't matter! feathers, spirals, horns, and spaghetti will do. Preferably from durum wheat), smoked cervelat (or any other smoked sausage), ham (also you can take boiled sausage), small tomatoes, eggs, cheese, black pepper, salt, vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
Put the pot of water on the stove.
While the water is boiling, heat some vegetable oil in a skillet.
Cut sausage and ham into strips.
Place in a skillet and fry over medium heat.
Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces. Remove the seed and cut into strips.
Put in a skillet with meat products.
Stir and pepper, continue to fry over low heat.
Be sure to salt the boiled water and lay out the pasta.
Cook until al dente (they should be slightly hard on the bite).
Put eggs in a container and grate cheese there. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
As soon as the pasta is al dente, drain the water and place it in a skillet with the meat and tomatoes. Mix.
Put the egg-cheese mixture in a skillet.
Stir again and hold on the stove for literally a minute.
