Apple pie with milk cream

Ingredients: Dough, flour, butter, baking powder, salt, egg, sour cream, sugar, filling, large sour green apples, cinnamon, cream, milk, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar (or vanillin), starch

Cooking method:

Combine flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and butter (room temperature) in a bowl and grind into crumbs. Add egg, sour cream and sugar. Knead the dough, roll into a ball and refrigerate.

While the dough is resting in the refrigerator, cook the cream. Mix all the ingredients for the cream (until smooth) and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. As soon as the cream has thickened and boiled, remove it.

While the cream is cooling, prepare the apples. Wash the apples, peel, cut out the center and cut the apples into cubes.

We take out the dough, divide it into large and small parts. Roll out a large one and put a mold greased with butter, put apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon, spread the cream evenly on the apples. We form flagella from a small part of the dough and lay them on top.

We bake the cake in the oven preheated to 185 degrees, 40-50 minutes. You can check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick by sticking it into the dough (not into the cream). If the toothpick is dry, then the pie is ready. Bon Appetit!
