Roll with tangerines, such a roll is just suitable for the festive table, by the way it is prepared very simply and quickly, it won't take a lot of your time, and the result will surprise your family and guests with your taste unambiguously.

Recipe:

For a Kurd:

peeled tangerines -300g

sugar -30g

egg yolks -2 pcs

corn starch "Haas" -1 tbsp. (20g)

water -30ml

Meringue:

egg whites -7pcs (230g)

icing sugar -220g

citric acid -1 / 3-1 / 2 tsp.

corn starch "Haas" -1 tbsp.

For the cream:

curd cheese -300g

cream 33% -150ml

icing sugar -2 tbsp

COOKING METHOD

Let's make a tangerine kurt. Peel the tangerines, the weight of peeled tangerines is 300 grams, we punch the tangerines with a blender, add 2 egg yolks and 1 tablespoon of starch, by weight 20 grams.

Mix with a whisk, pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, remove from heat, rub through a sieve, cover with foil in a joint and put in the cold to cool.

Now we need 7 egg whites, if measured by weight, then this is about 230 grams. Add a pinch of salt and beat until foam forms, now gradually add 220 grams of powdered sugar, add citric acid as the powder is all added and beat until persistent peaks. Now add 3 tbsp. mix the starch.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the dough and distribute evenly, sprinkle with almonds or chopped walnuts on top.

We put in the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.

Let it cool.

Let's prepare the cream. Pour 150 ml of whipping cream into a bowl with a fat content of at least 33%, add curd cheese, 2 tbsp. icing sugar and beat with a mixer until smooth.

As the cake cools, turn it over on baking paper, put the cooled tangerine Kurd, distribute it, let it stand about 10 minutes, then we distribute the cream on top, I put it in a bag, cut a corner and distribute it over the cake, then distribute with a spatula. I leave a little cream for decoration.

We wrap the roll. We put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, cut off the edges, decorate with the remaining cream and tangerines.
