Cooking method:
Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the cabbage.
Finely chop the onion, rub the carrots on a coarse grater and lightly fry.
Finely chop the dill.
We mix all the ingredients (minced meat, cabbage, zucchini, dill, eggs, cabbage, onions and carrots and garlic).
Add spices and cheese, mix everything.
Gently put on in a heat-resistant dish and send to the oven at a temperature of 200-220 grams until tender.
Drain the juice from the finished casserole.
Further, if you wish, you can put the tomato cut into circles on top and sprinkle with cheese and send to the oven until the cheese melts.
Sauce: pour the juice from the casserole into a frying pan and fry the onion in it.
Finely chop the mushrooms and add to the onion, salt, and simmer together for about 15 minutes, add more juice if necessary.
