Pancakes with sausage and cheese are a delicious snack at any time of the day. They can be prepared for breakfast, served with first and second courses, or separately with sour cream and other sauce.
Ingredients: milk, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, cheese, sausages, vegetable oil, herbs
Cooking method:
Prepare all ingredients. The sausage is suitable smoked, semi-smoked or boiled. You can take boiled or smoked meat. Choose hard cheese at your discretion.
Drive eggs into a deep bowl. Pour in milk. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil.
Pour in the sifted flour. Stir with a whisk or mixer so that the sausage and cheese pancakes are free of flour lumps.
Grate sausage, hard cheese on any grater. Add both ingredients to the rest. Mix.
Add chopped herbs.
Put the pan on moderate heat and heat well. Stir the pancake dough and scoop up a full ladle. Pour into the pan and distribute the dough evenly. Fry until golden brown on one and the other side over low heat.
