Juicy, tender and tasty pork neck. It tastes a bit like a kebab. For cooking, you can use any favorite herbs, seasonings and spices. It is very simple to prepare, without unnecessary effort, hassle and dirt. The longer the meat is marinated, the tastier it will be. But even 1 hour is enough for his tenderness. Pork neck baked in a roasting bag

Ingredients: pork, better neck, medium onions, smoked paprika, dried garlic, sugar or honey, salt or to taste, vinegar 9% or lemon juice, optionally dried herbs for meat and fresh herbs for garnishing

Cooking method:

Cut the pork neck into pieces, about 2 cm. thick and 3-4 cm. width. Put in a baking bag.

We cut the onion into large strips and send it to the meat.

Add paprika, dried garlic, salt (I have with dried herbs), sugar or honey to the meat and add vinegar or lemon juice.

We release air from the bag and tie its top with a special tie.

Gently mix the contents of the package, carefully distributing all the spices and onions. Leave to marinate on a straight surface, laying the bag flat at room temperature for 30 minutes, then turn it over to the other side and marinate for another 30 minutes.

After marinating, we send the package to a baking sheet or in a mold, make one small incision at the top of the package and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 40-45 minutes.

Serve the meat together with the onion, pouring over the allocated juice. Sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired. Enjoy! 😋👍🥩
