This cake is for those who love sweet cakes. Very easy to prepare. I have products for a mold 26 in diameter.
Ingredients: eggs, sugar, vanillin, flour, starch, vegetable oil, milk +100 ml milk, baking powder, boiled condensed milk, butter, raw condensed milk, chocolate, butter, milk, sweets roasted nuts
Cooking method:
Cooking biscuit. Beat eggs with sugar until doubled in volume, add vanillin. Sift the flour, starch and baking powder and carefully add to the eggs. Mix with a spatula. Then, from the edge of the bowl, add 60 ml of milk and vegetable oil and mix everything again. We cover the form with parchment and pour out the biscuit.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. We put our biscuit. The first 20 minutes do not open the oven. Then we check the readiness with a stick. When the biscuit is ready, let it cool completely in the form and cut into 2 cakes.
We make impregnations. We mix warm milk with raw condensed milk and soak our cakes. If there is no condensed milk, you can add sugar to milk, brew for 5-7 minutes, let it cool slightly and soak the cakes.
We make cream. Beat the boiled condensed milk with soft butter and grease the cakes with cream both outside and inside.
Grilling sweets are interrupted with a blender into small crumbs. We fall asleep part of the crumbs on the cream inside the cake. And we collect the cake.
Ready for frosting. Break chocolate, add 2 tbsp. l. butter and 2 tbsp. l. milk and heat over very low heat and bring to a homogeneous consistency. Let's cool down a bit.
An angel at a meal.
On top we already have a cream of condensed milk and we fill it with chocolate and sprinkle with the remaining nuts.
