Ingredients: any fish (I have mackerel), black bread, bacon, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, paprika (for colorš), ground black pepper, Sauce, sour cream, garlic, pickles, ground black pepper, salt
Cooking method:
First you need to prepare the fish, if it is frozen, then thaw the fish slowly if possible.
Cut up all the carcasses. Remove the head, fins and tail from each. Then peel off the skin, cut the mackerel along the back (along, to the spine). Remove the fillet with your fingers and rinse it.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into large pieces. Pass it twice with fish, bacon, garlic and dry bread through a meat grinder. Add eggs, salt, pepper and paprika.
Mix the minced meat well and leave for 10 minutes to marinate and so that the bread is soaked. Stick on cutlets of the same size.
Place a skillet over medium heat. When it's hot, pour in the oil. Lay out the blanks and reduce the flame to a minimum. Fry each side for 4 minutes. Transfer the patties to a paper towel to remove excess fat.
