I didn’t think that I would ever want to cook them 🙄 But having gained experience, again after a few years I returned to them and they turned out amazing, although not without effort 😋 ❣️ If if you try it, leave a comment, and if you liked the recipe, leave a smiley, PLEASE, I tried very hard to make it easy and tasty for you❣️ —- KBJU 181.7/10.3/12.3/6.8—-
Ingredients: Base:, Rice flour, Green buckwheat flour, Kefir, Coconut oil, Protein, Egg, Soda, Fit parade, Cocoa powder, Salt, Cream:, Curd cheese, Soft cottage cheese, Fit parade, Xanthan gum, Filling:, Cherry, Mint, Fit parade
Cooking method:
Add soda to kefir and leave for 10 minutes. Add egg yolks and coconut oil. Beat egg whites with a fit parade until stiff peaks. Combine all dry ingredients. With movements from the bottom up in several stages, we combine the proteins with liquid ingredients. Sift flour there and again according to the same principle. We lay out in 9 molds for cupcakes by 2/3 and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees. Cool and cut out the middle, with the wide side of the nozzle or a knife.
Blend cherries with mint until puree, add fit parade and boil for 1-2 minutes. Cool down.
We combine all the ingredients for the cream into a smooth, dense and viscous mass. We put it in a bag with a beautiful nozzle.
We collect, in the middle of the base, fill the filling with a pastry bag (almost to the brim) and make beautiful caps of cream (from the center, in a circle up). Let it soak overnight.
I decorated with chocolate, mint and marmalade with the same taste as the filling😋
